I need to re-open an earlier issue. From the attached screenshots, you will see that host Home Away was unable to fulfil my booking due to a water issue in the building, and they agreed to a full refund. To date I have received only $116.90 of the $1236.92 that I paid. You will see from the later screenshots that they are now ignoring my messages. I understand that AirBnB's procedure is for the host to make the refund, but I have to insist at this point that AirBnB is obligated to recover my money from Home Away. I do not need this resolved immediately, only within the next several days, so please feel free to conduct research as needed to resolve this matter. Finally, I have every desire to remain in good standing as an AirBnB user, and one of the last resolutions I want to seek to this would be one that would damage that relationship. Please do what you can to remedy this situation. Thank you.
