During the 2011 holiday season, the LVMPD Records Bureau conducted a drive to get Christmas presents for the residents of the Charleston Retirement & Assisted Living Center. The residents of the retirement home were in need of many living essentials, such as clothing, grooming supplies, etc. A list of requests was compiled and posted in Records, every one of which was claimed by a sponsor who bought the items for the resident in need.
